At DI E M., we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us.
If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments in their original condition with all tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, alterations, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges may be offered if the requested size or item is available at the time your return is processed. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, delays caused by weather, carrier volume, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to make changes.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
