What is Form 01?

Form 01 is the first collection from DI E M. It consists of four thoughtfully designed essentials created to simplify getting dressed. Each piece is designed to stand on its own while working together as an everyday wardrobe.

 

Why only four pieces?

We believe that owning more doesn't always add more value.

Rather than creating large collections, we chose to focus on a small number of essentials that are versatile, timeless, and designed to be worn often. Every piece in Form 01 has a purpose.

 

How does sizing work?

To keep sizing simple, our garments are offered in three sizes:

Size 1 — XS / S

Size 2 — M / L

Size 3 — XL / XXL

Each product page includes additional Size & Fit information to help you choose the best size.

 

What materials do you use?

Form 01 is made primarily from a blend of:

  • 70% TENCEL™ Lyocell
  • 30% Linen

Selected pieces also feature 100% Cupro lining, chosen for its soft, breathable feel against the skin.

We carefully choose materials that are comfortable, durable, and made for everyday wear.

 

How should I care for my garments?

To help your garments last for years to come, we recommend:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • Wash inside out
  • Wash with similar colors

Where are your garments made?

Our garments are thoughtfully produced by manufacturing partners who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and responsible production.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, DI E M. primarily ships within the United States.

As we grow, we hope to expand shipping to additional countries.
